spiritual artBorn in Tel-Aviv, Israel

A member of the Israeli Association of Painters & Sculptors.

A member of the Israeli Miniature Art Society.

Studied art at the Avni Institute, Tel Aviv, and at the College for Art Teachers in Ramat Hasharon where she specialized in painting and  sculpture, and in special education.
Topper has taught art lessons at schools, museums and other institutions, as well as private courses. She planned and designed projects for special occasions for the Ministry of Education. Managed her own art gallery, in which she exhibited works by a wide range of artists and styles. Today, the manager of “Culiut” (Culiut means wholeness in Hebrew), the school for awareness and spiritual development, she combines these with art as an integral part of the spiritual and shaman world.
